− Dirty room, couldn’t cool down room, no linens for pull-out even though we were 4 people, no refresh of mini bar

8.0Iconic building and well run. VERY convenient and free parking in the deck behind the hotel.
− It was the second time I was in a handicapped room. Those rooms are not proportional. And the shower does not drain well. Water is an inch deep the next day. Provide a sqeegee
I will be returning back to The Cardinal again and again!
10.0Love this boutique, well located small cozy hotel. The restaurant and bar is fantastic.
− The views from several rooms are less to be desired however the rooms themselves are sizable with great bathrooms.
