Понравилось 99% от всего в гостинице. Еда, местоположение, шоу программа по вечерам, бассейны, бары, обслуживание почти всего персонала. Рестораны Аля Карт, кроме Крибалди, в него не пустили из за опоздание на 15 минут. Персонал на бесайне , официанты в ресторанах, . Особенно хотелось отметить официанта с Индии Омар официант , лучший , просто человек умеет работать. На ресепшен Снежана, Юрий , и еще были хорошие ребята, . I liked 99% of everything about the hotel. The food, the location, the evening shows, the pools, the bars, and the service from almost all the staff. We weren't allowed into the a la carte restaurants, except for Cribaldi, because we were 15 minutes late. The staff at the pool and the waiters in the restaurants... I'd especially like to mention Omar, the waiter from India, the best; he simply knows how to do his job. Snezhana, Yuri, and the other good guys at reception...

− Персонал в ресторане Карибалди, не пустили нас в ресторан из за того что мы опоздали на 15 минут, не извинились не предложили альтернативу, а просто стали на входе и сказали вы не можете зайти, вы опоздали. Когда мы обратились в администрацию , они также нечего не сделали, работа была просто безответственная со стороны персонала, это не уровень гостиницы 5 звезд . Персонал на ресепшен тоже мало профессиональный , нечего толком не объяснил при звезде, где что находится , где какие рестораны, как работают гостиница, какое есть шоу и другие программы , просто дали карту гостинице и другие бумаги , ключи от номера , и изучайте сами, говорят вот Юрий , он отвезет вас в номер и что то объяснит , хорошо что Юрий оказался компетентным в вопросах касающийся гостиницы и немного нам рассказал что делать , но это должен был сделать персонал на ресепшен, мы заплатили 600 евро за сутки, должны получить обслуживание. The staff at the Caribaldi restaurant refused to let us in because we were 15 minutes late. They didn't apologize or offer an alternative, but simply stood at the entrance and said we couldn't come in because we were late. When we contacted the management, they didn't do anything either. The staff was simply irresponsible. This isn't a 5-star hotel. The reception staff was also unprofessional. They didn't explain anything properly, even with the star rating, like where everything was, where the restaurants were, how the hotel operated, what shows and other programs were available. They simply handed us a hotel map and some other paperwork, along with our room keys, and told us to explore for ourselves. They said, "Here's Yuri, he'll take us to our room and explain something." It's good that Yuri was knowledgeable about the hotel and explained a little about what to do, but that should have been done by the reception staff. We paid 600 euros for the night, so we should have received service.

Decent resort, but over priced. we have been to a lot better 5* all inclusive,

Food in the Asian restaurant was very good. Luckily we found the beach across the road, that was very nice.

− Curtains in the bedroom wasn't big enough and light flooded in to room every morning waking babies up. Food was very much the same in the main restaurant. Snack bar was not very good. kids love chips, why wouldn't you do those!! Entertainment was average Swimming pool rules were stupid, no floats or balls?? what are the kids supposed to do?

− האמבטיה הייתה גבוהה מדי, החדרים היו די חשוכים, המזגן נכבה כשכיוונו אותו ל- 25 מעלות רק אם הורדנו ל-22 מעלות אבל זה הקפיא מדי, המיטה הייתה יותר מדי גבוהה, הזרם מאוד חלש באמבטיה, לא היו ערוצים נורמליים כמו ערוצי סרטים לראות בטלוויזיה, וחייבים לשים במרפסת פס הדגשה במדרגה כי כמעט נפלנו במרפסת

Convenient family resort all inclusive stay!

Several pools, all inclusive stay, facilities, kids activities.

− We were not informed of all the facilities, activities, we discovered some on our last day! All restaurants close super early, in such resort at least one should serve late service (latest dinner 8.30pm!!! Lunch closes 2.30pm). The Air conditioning (AC) stops when you open the balcony door, and doesn't go back on when you close it! In any case, it was a weak AC. Reservation in restaurants is limited claiming full occupancy, but when we went there the place was almost empty. There is no beach access. To do so, you need a 7min walk!
