We had a great time and look forward to going back
9.0The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved that the room had a microwave in it. Take the golf cart tour or the chair lift up both show you the beauty of the grounds!
− Everything closes so early. The breakfast buffet at the main restaurant in the hotel was not good
We had a great time and will most likely return in another season, maybe fall or winter.
10.0Breakfast was great, but pricy! We loved the chairlift and the SkyBridge! Everyone we met at the hotel was helpful, warm and generally fun.

− The couch in my room was leather and the leather was pealing. The ice machine on my floor was out of service so it was very inconvenient to get ice. 2 curtains in my room were broken and hanging down. I ordered a blanket and it didn’t arrive till 9pm when my toddler was already asleep and by the time I answered the door, they were about to use their master keycard to get in my room, VERY inappropriate!! When I told the front desk about the issues, they just said “thanks for letting us know”. Did nothing about any of it. For the price you pay per night, this place should be in much better shape.

10.0Amazing place everything was great Staff were very kind, nice, friendly, and professional Facility: room were spacious, carpet is clean, bed & pillows were very comfortable, loved the free sparkling water it was so good comes with the resort rewards Many activities available inside the resort, loved the lift that takes you up the hill tickets are free with the room, you can do hiking up the hill. The Scenic Cart is a must do activity Great location close to Petoskey & Boyne city Overall excellent place to spend with family and friends 🧡
