− The gentleman at the front desk charged me $40 for an hour early check in and would only take cash. Which is very sketchy, considering I have worked in hotel front desk and we never charged anyone for an hour early checkin, let alone it jad to be cash only.. We only stayed at this property as we switched hotels. If there was another option we would have went elsewhere. The room was clean, bed are very old and uncomfortable. Very outdated and jacuzzi needs to be fixed.

− The room did not feel clean and clearly in need of some repairs. The non-smoking room had an overwhelming smell of smoke leaving us to cut our trip early and find a new hotel.

8.0The bed was extremely comfortable; nice thick, not super fitm and plenty of pillows.. A/C worked well, keeping the room nice and cool!
− Only 1 small garbage can was located in the bathroom, and needed another one in the main room. Had issues using the cable TV. Remote wasn't working correctly..I

− There was a pretty big water stain and peeling on the ceiling. The sheets did appear clean but had some water/rust like stain.

− I think there was mold in the room. My son and I were very uncomfortable and could not sleep between the congestion and inability to breathe through our noses and the very uncomfortable bed and pillows. There were stains on the pillowcases, pillow tags, duvet wasn’t washed, if you set the thermostat above 68, the heat comes on (so there is no way to turn the ac off), the door feels like anyone could break it down because it moves with the wind or when anyone walks by and only has an electronic lock and chain lock, no streaming capacities, not a great night. I woke up every single hour and just kept hoping it would be morning so I didn’t have to try to sleep anymore. My son said the same. It was awful.
