− The property was very dirty, and said had washing machine and didn’t and my son burst him eye open with the bed , the flat had dampness the double bed was pure yellow and my sons cot my very dirty

8.0Location was good, 5 minute walk to the trams. Ground floor apartment, easy access. Owner was very helpful and very prompt to resolve issue.
− Could do with extra seating. Wouldn’t seat more than two people comfortably.
