− Es gibt nur von 15-16 Uhr Eis und dann nur 2 Sorten. Die Türen waren sehr laut wenn sie zugefallen sind.
Sympa avec des plus et des moins
8.0Le personnel, les responsables très investies, deux femmes incroyables qui sont partout à tout vérifier, une blonde et une brune plus âgé, j’ai apprécié que les clients étaient majoritairement allemands et âgés entre 30/55 avec des adolescents, pas d’enfants, le plus aussi c’est la cafétéria ouverte à 10h avec un bon café + petit four moelleux, les cocktails sans alcool très bons.
− La viande reconstituée, surtout en grillades barbecue, manque du blanc de poulet, c’était que des cuisses aplaties, fruit pas sucrés, pastèque et melon pas assez mûrs, dommage, je n’ai pas apprécié de payer une chambre avec vue sur mer et me retrouver avec une vue sur un hôtel, la réceptionniste me confirme que c’est ça la chambre avec vue sur mer!! on voit la mer si on se met sur le bord debout, donc partiel, en plus le bruit fort de la musique des soirées des deux hôtels qui vous empêche de dormir jusqu’à 23h min.

8.0Lobby Badetücher konnten wir am Abend wechseln Strand Restaurant war Genial.Gut Isoliertes Dach bezüglich Sonnenschutz und es war angenehm zum essen oder Trinken.
− Lift (war zu langsam) Wenig Hotelpersonal z.B im Restaurant.Musste ich ab und zu selber wegräumen. Beschränkte Essen,Dessert (nicht genug auswahl) oder fast täglich gleiches essen.

10.0Ein traumhafter Urlaub – wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Sunport Side Hotel verbracht und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war das gesamte Personal außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich sorgfältig gereinigt. Das gesamte Hotel sowie die wunderschöne Garten- und Poolanlage waren gepflegt und luden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders gefallen hat uns die direkte Lage am Meer. Trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen sorgte die frische Brise immer für ein angenehmes Klima. Das Essen war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmackvoll. Es gab täglich eine große Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen, frischem Obst, leckeren Desserts und Getränken. Hier blieb wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Wir haben auch die Umgebung erkundet, waren in Manavgat unterwegs und haben die türkische Gastfreundschaft überall genießen dürfen. Nach den bewegenden Wochen zu Hause war dieser Urlaub genau das Richtige, um Kraft zu tanken und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des Sunport Side Hotels für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!

10.0Moses ist der beste Animateur! Sollte Moses irgendwann das Hotel verlassen dann kann das Hotel schließen! Niemand ist so ein Menschen Magnet wie Moses! Die neue Gästebetreuerin (Daria) ist auch ein Gewinn für das Hotel! Sonst sind die Zimmer immer noch enorm gut, sehr modern und das wichtigste!! Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Man hört keine Nachbarn. Man hört kein Wasser was läuft. Also hier man ein ruhigen Schlaf! Das Spa ist aber auch sehr gut!
− Über manche Regeln im Hotel sollte man sich nochmal unbedingt Gedanken machen.
