Friendly staff, Good location, room not as promised.
6.0− We were promised a disabled-friendly room with a roll in shower. Instead we got a regular small sized bathtub with a plastic chair that did not fit in the tub. There were no handles or safety grips in the tub, therefore it was unusable - I was unable to take a shower. Very disappointing.
