6.0Lots of stairs! We were in unit #14 which had a nice deck and partial view of the ocean…the unit above us (not sure if residence or part of property) extremely loud like they were moving furniture all weekend…bathroom is tiny with little water pressure and shower stall smaller than that on a small boat…they have pride in the property, and nicely kept and clean…did I mention a ton of stairs?! Good location and pretty quiet other than the “loud talker” guy above us moving furniture around all weekend…would likely not stay here again…extremely pricey (+$1200 for 3 nights?) for basically camping.

8.0Quiet although a little dated. Currently under renovation according to the property management. Staff were very courteous and cordial. Be aware that this establishment is not handicap accessible. Bathrooms are tiny with separate shower area. Close to main attractions in the area.
