10.0Все очень понравилось. Большая и удобная кровать, много подушек, вентилятор. 4 отдельные большие туалетные комнаты с душем. Тихо и уютно. Недалеко находится станция метро.

2.0Ubicación muy buena, todos los metros paran a relativamente a pocos metros. La naranja en Grand St está muy cerca. Toallas limpias todos los días, y bien limpias, papel higiénico sin pedirlo abundante.
− En habitación cuádruple con baño propio: Limpieza de ducha como moho por todos lados, no había tapadera del vater, solo un punto de luz en el baño, te haces luz en el propio espejo, puesto que está detrás de uno. Sólo un enchufe en habitación y un punto escaso de luz, que la mitad de la habitación es sombra. Techo con lamas colgando, espacio muy muy escaso para subir a las literas. La entrada echa un poco para atrás, pero los dueños amables.

6.0Vraiment très bien situé, proche des ponts et du métro, Little Italy est à 5 m à pied, et le sud de Manhattan à 20/25 minutes. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait juste pour dormir, c'était le but recherché.
− Un peu sommaire quand même. C'était prévu, mais les chambres sont minis et ça ne sentait pas très. Toilette et sdb en dehors de la chambre, c'est ok, mais il vaut mieux bien lire l'offre. Les rideaux de douche seraient à changer...
