10.0Clean and comfortable, this property had everything we needed for a great stay in Boca Chica. The WiFi and AC worked just fine and the showers were hot. The pool area is a nice place to lounge and relax. Roxy is a friendly, attentive host. She arranged a fantastic boat tour for us where we spent the day swimming at 3 beautiful islands. The property is located within walking distance to the pier. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Roxy’s for making our stay so memorable!

2.0Way too funky for me. No AC, no hot shower, powerful smell of cleaning material in the room, no WiFi in the room.
