10.0The hotel is one block from the main street. Ana, the hotel manager, helped us with several restaurant suggestions that turned out to be great experiences. In addition, Ana helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, which, in the case of the Galapagos, are very important. She also kept track of all the excursions we had scheduled, and I definitely recommend Hotel Cucuve.

10.0We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cucuve. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel should answer messages from customer
2.0Did not stay here as a tsunami alert prevented me to get to the hotel. I messaged the hotel for a refund. No reply. At least have the courtesy to reply. It would mean a lot!! There was no way I was going to make it to the hotel. All ferry services were cancelled. Please can a refund be arranged. This was a force majour incident and no fault of the customer. I hope a satisfactory response is provided and a refund made.
Great hotel in Puerto Ayuro
10.0Excellent location, clean, friendly, and great breakfast. Highly recommend. Only caveat- the outdoor area on the water shown in photos is actually a couple blocks from the rest of the hotel. Not a big deal, but I was surprised.
