10.0Beautiful hotel in centre of town so really easy to get to the shuttle buses for the castles Staff were really friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent Room was beautiful and well appointed however it was hot at night and the air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off and open the windows

10.0This is THE HOTEL to stay at if you want stunning views of Neuschwanstein Castle. The entire town of Hohenschwangau and both castles are easily walkable. All restaurants etc. just a perfect hotel in a perfect location!
