7.0Few minute walk to downtown and metro. Bed was comfy.
− Location is a quite dodgy. Poor homeless living out on the streets surrounding the hotel.

8.0Lovely modern furnishings in the room. Even though the rooms are small, they provide as much as possible like places to hang clothes. Staff were really friendly with any queries I had. They also offered me a street or quiet room which I loved!
− The cable service went down across the entire hotel which was annoying during the World Cup for watching games (didn't want to frequent the bars nearby, too pricey and Tenderloin not great for a solo female traveler wandering at night time) but they were able to provide some alternatives through the smart TV features. Internet reception was spotty in the room at times.

10.0Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen. Es war genauso, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und bei Fragen sofort unterstützt hat.
