Great room and view , pool was definitely poor and reason I will not be back

− The pool was a free for all (barely found room To get in the water) Lots of Drinking and kids out of control It appeared to me the POOL was public Parking lot FULL of people not staying at hotel and paying a lot of money per night But I guess they buy the alcohol
Beautiful luxury feeling to this resort. Loved the layout and staff.
8.0Loved the amenities! Beautiful pool and veranda! Staff was excellent and made you feel welcome. The room was nice, patio with a view. Location fabulous!
− The pool needed to be deep cleaned. Tiles missing and green algea noted along cement edges. The interior of hotel could use a deep clean as well. The wood work is exceptional and the hallways etc are grand, but the baseboards are dirty enough to notice when walking through.
Enjoyable and various tours and water taxi’s.

8.0location, shuttle service to downtown Charlston.
− Not impressed with the restaurants. TV in room had a lot of static and buffering. Felt that for room price bed linens should be changed each night not every 3rd night.
