All linen and towels are supplied. The villa also has its own private pool and laneway access to rear yard to park a 2nd car and boat. Please note our base rate is for 2 people occupying one bed and use of one ensuite bathroom. If you require every person as part of your booking to have their own separate bedroom (and access to the second bathroom), simply add one extra person to your booking to cover the additional cleaning and linen hire. For example 2 people need 2 separate bedrooms - book for 3 people, 3 people need 3 separate bedrooms - book for 4 people. If you have at least 2 people in your booking that are happy to share a bed, there is no extra cost at all and you don't need to add an extra person to your booking! Three-Bedroom Houseboat - The Murray Dream This 9 berth moored houseboat is fully self-contained, has 3 bedroom (2 bedrooms with queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with single overtop and there is a double sofa bed). The houseboat has a full sized kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a covered outdoor area with a hooded BBQ. All linen and towels are supplied. Each houseboat comes with a large 2-person kayak for guest use. Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to one bedroom with one queen bed. If every person as part of your booking wants separate bedrooms, there is an extra $60/night charge on top of the rate calculated, to cover off on extra cleaning and linen costs.
