Historic Home in a Fabulous Location
10.0We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Lily Pad. You absolutely cannot beat the location in downtown Cedarburg, with its charming shops, historic sites and good restaurants. There was even a good coffee & breakfast shop next door. It is a charming historic home, but this also means it has its own character and quirks. That’s to be expected, but we much prefer this, over a vanilla hotel chain. Our room was equipped well, and it’s obvious that much thought was put into providing everything a guest might need. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner is friendly and accessible, when needed. And, OH THE GARDEN! It’s fabulous, and we sat under the covered patio daily, to have a drink, cool off and admire this well-cared-for gem.
