Overall, you’d stay for the room, location and the breakfast. All very good, if you lower your expectations with some s
6.0Location was good. Rooms were very reasonably sized. Bathrooms very clean.
− There was only one or two staff members out of 5 or 6, who actually greeted us with a smile on arrival, and throughout our stay (we returned to the hotel before we flew out of Milan). Some staff are very precious in their mannerisms, or seem very unhappy in their demeanour, and nothing is offered. You have to literally ask for everything, and they look as if we were the first to ask (eg car pickup). They do attend to matters, but they look as if it’s a burden. The deliveries to the room, etc are of a high standard, undertaken by a different calibre of staff. It was a shame. The rooms and location is great. The breakfast is really good, but if it’s not included, there are options outside of the hotel.

8.0It's close to the Duomo. Note that Centrale to the hotel is either a train, trolley or cab ride. A walk is about 25 minutes.
