Très joli endroit bien que trop cher pour ce que c est (WC et salle de bain commune...)
6.0En positif : le lieu est très beau, l'aspect vieux chalet de l'hôtel à beaucoup de charme et la décoration est très mignonne. De plus, l'accès à une plage privée donnant sur le lac de Lucerne est très agréable !
− En négatif : Lorsque vous arrivez, vous serez surpris d'apprendre que le check-in de l'hôtel ne se situe pas au Swiss-Hotel mais au Schloss-Hotel qui se trouve de l'autre coté de la route. La chambre est assez inconfortable, surtout les lits, et il n'y a qu'un seul WC commun et une seule douche commune pour tout l'étage ! (Il y a 8 chambre à l'étage !!! Nous avons donc passé notre temps à attendre notre tour pour aller aux toilettes et à la douche). De plus, il y avait des moisissures noires dans la douche et le plafond de la salle de bain ... Le parking de l'hôtel, bien que privé, est également payant... Bref, bien que près de Lucerne, nous avons trouvé le prix trop élevé. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix
