1.0− The room was dirty and hot, no staff in sight to help with check in process. Rang and rang bell, no one came to help.
Nobody at the desk at night, can't get any help.....

− The site has the front desk as 24hr, it is not!!! Arrived late after driving for 12 hours, nobody answers the phone or the night buzzer. Had to find alternate accommodations in the middle of the night. TERRIBLE!!!!

− The staff didn't clean so when we showed up their were few rooms clean and we put in for a queen and got a full sized bed. The AC keeps going and doesn't shut off.

1.0Nothing about my stay was positive.
− It took 5 tries by the front desk clerk to find a room that was either clean or unoccupied. We walked in on 2 residents looking for an open room. The wing my room was located in reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. I was woke up several times between 2am and 4am by a resident herding kittens around the hallway, while they left the door to their room open with the television loudly playing. One kitten yowled outside of my door for 10 minutes straight before I opened it to see what was going on. It promptly ran into my room, and I spent the next few minutes trying to retrieve it from under the bed.
