2.0Paid over $600 US for three people, decided to leave San Pedro earlier than planned due to harassment by hawkers, emailed Amelias explaining would not be checking in, told no problem, go to hotel in person before arrival date for full refund. Went two days before, was told by owners wife there was no record of my booking, no record of my payment or my name, the rooms were already re-rented, and to discuss it with her husband, who was out of country and unavailable.

6.0Said that they didn’t have our reserrvation and wanted to charge us more. My husband had to be very aggressive to get them to honour our booking. The guesthouse is quite run down. Toilet seat was not connected to toilet. This experience put a damper on our trip. Not good value for money
Cheap if that's the overall goal
4.0There a few good things about this place, its close to the city square, the A/C worked, and it was inexpensive. The bad is almost awful, water is bad even for Belizean standards, reservations were mismanaged, the bunk room is a sweltering stagnant less than desirable room.
Dirty hotel, stay away
4.0Room was not cleaned once over a five night stay. There are much nicer places to stay for a cheaper price in San Pedro.
