9.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The villa was beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and exceeded our expectations. However, we felt that the food at the Chinese restaurant could be improved. We also noticed a few issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, although this means that during certain times of the day, there can be some noise from landing aircraft. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel.

10.0An oasis in the middle of Marrakech if you visit during sunmer. A stunning hotel with expansive rooms that provides a level of service that is second to none. The housekeeping staff particularly deserve a tip of my hat due to the attention to detail. Thank you also to our butler Ali who helped us book a venue for the Morocco vs Netherlands game. I do wish the hotel had more options to eat at but those that existed were great. The breakfast beef tagine was so flavorful! The best though was the spa, wow. The hammam and the massage we got for the Tangerine Delight (I can’t remember the proper name) was the best in our 3 week holiday across Morocco.

10.0I have stayed in many of the finest hotels in the world and in my opinion this is among them the staff are fantastic and Oussama looked after us perfectly as usual we come to this hotel every year for that reason. Absolute luxury.
