− Language. Difficult to talk to the Hotel staff as they only communicate through Chinese. But there was a lady in the reception who can understand little bit but she is smart enough to handle the guests. So, finally it didn't cause any big issue.

− Location was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing I was not happy about was the wifi. It did not work at all even though the wifi was connected.
