10.0Awesome design, cleanliness and location. The experience managers were outstanding in fixing a problem with checkin, and provided me with an upgrade along with my travelling companion, even offered free drinks in the beautiful pool bar.

9.0Sehr gute Lage, alles sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, moderne und ansprechende Einrichtung, leckeres Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer, in die man abends nach einem langen Tag gerne zurückkommt und sich erholen kann. Gemütliches Bett.
− Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas größer sein. Es gibt schon irgendwie alles, aber kein riesiges Angebot. Zu Stoßzeiten ist der Frühstücksraum etwas zu klein und es kann zu (kurzen) Wartezeiten kommen. Aber trotzdem locker 8/10 Frühstück.
