Good points first: bed comfortable Good breakfast Shower hot But the reason this gets such a low rating is the carpet absolutely stank. I saw it was new carpet in the hallways but the room carpets desperately need replacing. I tried dousing it with body spray to no avail, but it really marred my stay. I feel for the poor student that gets this hall in term time.

Very handy location, we were attending a Pendragon weekend, so was perfect place to still next to venue on campus, couldn’t fault it

The only negative aspect of the stay was parking, given that you advertise free parking and the picture shows a large parking area. Otherwise a cute room with enough of what I needed for a night away. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, thank you all

Please note: If using a Sat Nav device, then enter the postcode EX4 4QR to lead you to the Streatham Campus and then follow the campus signage to Holland Hall/Mardon Hall. Do not enter the postcode for Holland Hall, as this will incorrectly direct you.
