The building itself is terrific. But the accommodations need refinement.
5.0Breakfast ok, but cutting a bagel with a plastic knife is not a good way to start the day.
− No soap for hands in bathroom; room very dusty; bathroom sliding door did not stay closed; sour smell in refrigerator; with restaurant and most of downtown venues closed there were few options for food. Young man at desk was superb.

Lovely hotel in a fab town
8.0Location was excellent for a stay during our NE US road trip. Lovely town and a great hotel.
− Room was quite dark! A few more lights would be welcomed for when we were sorting out our bags.

− The bed was very low and not easy to get out of in the morning. Also, the refrigerator made loud banging noises all night which kept waking us up.
