On the positive side, the cleanliness was impeccable, which is always the highest priority. The linens were fresh, and all necessary facilities (hot water, Wi-Fi) were consistently reliable. For guests seeking a comfortable, well-maintained place to rest after a day of exploring, this spot does the job perfectly. The staff were present and professional, ensuring a very quick and efficient check-in and out process.

2.0The room I was assigned was so dirty that I had to tell reception who sent a cleaning lady in. Total lack of attention to basics necessities and details. The hand soap dispenser was empty, the bath panel had traces of dirt that were reminiscent of blood stains. The microwave was filthy inside and out (the door & handle) There were some food splashes on the wall, the dishes were not clean. The fridge door and shelves were dirty and crooked (hinges damaged) On the plus side: the room was spacious, bright and airy with large windows and adjustable shutters. The large bed was comfortable.
