− The bed was the worse part of the stay we had a long day and hopped in bed to the hardest bed we ever slept in

10.0We held two big family celebrations here. The "party" room was large and had everything we needed. The staff was fantastic both times - accommodating, helpful, and super nice.

9.0Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location is easy to get to.
− Bed was very firm. Had pull out couch for daughter and when it was pulled out, you couldn't get around the main bed to get to the left side. Was able to turn couch and make it work. No canopy to load car under when it was raining.
We were impressed with the suite and if we ever come back to Ames, we will definitely stay there.
