Do not recommend unless you are desperate and just need a place to crash for a couple hours.
3.0Location close to Carlsbad but right next to the coaster so it gets really loud every 30-60 min and hard to sleep.
− It felt like I was staying at a hotel in a third world country. Worse than a motel 6. The bedding was really worn down, pillows were flat. The towels were stiff and itchy and even the bottle of soap was half used. There were bugs that scattered when I turned on the light. The staff is never at the desk and it looks like random family members that take turns.

1.0Somehow close to the beach, 5 minutes driving not that close.
− The linen was dirty. Conforter had holes on it. There was dirt and make up residue on the pillow cases. Hair on the blankets and cigarrette ash. The sofa looked like they got it from a yard sale. The remote for the tv was hold up with tape. Worse money I have ever spent. I had to pay for another hotel since I could not sleep in that disaster.

− The staff is extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. At my check in it turned out that Booking system charged me 300% of the price. The manager refused to act, claiming that the money has already been transferred and it was not his problem but mine. He didn’t agree to either relay with the Booking management, or to refund the additional 200%, or to cancel the reservation without any charge.
