10.0One of the best time I enjoyed every second specially the staff who were very helpful and very nice in all aspects.

2.0This hotel is a scam. My room wasn’t ready. Breakfast is minimal, there’s no bar or restaurant, and the hotel refused to refund me for unused nights until Hotels.com management got involved. Avoid staying here. Also, the cleaning crew doesn’t know how to read “do not disturb” signs and will enter the room without knocking. No privacy, no manners.

10.0The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Excellent location. The only thing is, at night, the outdoor gate is locked and sometimes the doorbell doesn't work so it's a bit of a hassle trying to get someone's attention to get inside. But besides that, all great!
