Great sized room and location, but dated

Visited Oman for a family holiday over the Xmas/NY period and booked a 2 bedroom + balcony apartment. Overall, the hotel is very well located and close to everything that you may need. It’s clean, fit for purpose, and will get the job done, but don’t expect too much luxury. The rooms are clean, but do need renovation and some care. The hotel breakfast has decent options, but there were many occasions during our stay where there weren’t any tables or space. We either did not eat breakfast or resorted to grabbing something small and eating in the lobby area. When we did secure a table, we often found that there were no bowls/ plates available and needed to ask for help. Definitely an easy area for improvement. Note that our room was dated. Tiles on the balcony were loose, equally so was the kitchen tap. Sinks in the bathroom showers clogged easily and the shower fixture itself was also aged and struggled to stay on. Most channels on the TV also did not work. Upon reporting this to staff, they said they’d try to fix things but nothing was done during my 13 night stay.

From the moment we arrived staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality especially My family would like to thank Sister Wadha and Brother Abdulrahman went out his way that made our stay even more memorable. Rooms was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains made for a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was stocked with luxury toiletries and plush towels, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day especially the staff Raji and Talib Overall outstanding Stay.

Avoid unhelpful

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The communication was unclear, and instead of helping to resolve the issue, they seemed more focused on finding sneaky ways to charge extra. When I reached out for support, I received no proper assistance – just unhelpful replies and excuses. I would advise others to be cautious before booking with them. Booked via agoda

Clean rooms, soft bed & pillows Close to major malls, shopping areas, restaurants. Absolutely no disturbance from adjacent rooms. Was very quiet.
