never again using Booking.com
1.0I am not at all happy with the motel nor Booking.com. When I made the reservation I received an email from Booking.com that the motel had to guarantee availability. I called in the morning and was told I would receive a call back which I never received. We live 3 hours from the motel so we decided we better cancel the booking. Upon that request, both Booking.com and The Sundown motel declined to refund my money. I notified Booking.com that I was willing to pay a penalty as long I could receive some sort of refund and I have not heard back from Booking.com
