8.0The location comfortable beds . Easy parking . Restaurants within walking distance .The receptionist who checked me in on the 8th July .
− The Breakfast organizeseation is very badly laid out . All the plates bowels and cutlery are below the food Food partials fall in the Drawers and contaminant the cutlery. The fridge is sitting on the floor and is not easy to access .People who are making different breakfast selection block access to all the plates and bowels . The hot water is never Hot and this is the third year at this accommodation The receptionist when check out on the Saturday would not give my invoice which I had requested and said the the policy was not to issue a invoice as I booked with booking.com . On the Thursday 16 July I spoke with a receptionist who was very polite and helpful this is the receptionist who checked me in to the Hotel on the Wednesday 8th July and took the details on the 16th July for the invoice and said it could be received upon checkout The Saturday receptionist even after showing her my booking on booking.com it says request the invoice from the reception on departure she said that this is all wrong and it is the policy of the Hotel not to issue the invoice This left me very disappointed with the attudie of the receptionist towards my request for a Invoice . I would not book accomadation in this hotel on account of the receptionist with such an unprofessional manner.
