10.0시설은 그저 그렇게 전형적인 모텔의 모습... 약간 낡았다 싶은정도... 그래도 사장님과 일하시는 분들의 친절함이 좋아 보였네요...인근 관광지 안내도 잘해주시고 필요한 물품지원도 해주셔서 감사합니다 주차는 차고에 승용차만 두대 할 수 있지만 주변에 노상주차 할 수 있는곳이 있어 주차난이 그리 심각하진 않아요 포차거리까지 약 1키로 정도라 걸어다녀 왔습니다 전반적으로 만족한 여행 이었습니다~
가성비 갑 모텔
10.0가성비 너무 좋았습니다. 저렴한 숙박비에 침구류도 새것인 듯 깨끗하고 화장실도 청결하고 매우 만족합니다. 굳이 비싼 호텔에 안가도 좋네요. 그리고 위치상 가운데에 있어서 도보로 엑스포역부터 이순신광장까지 충분히 다닐만 합니다.
