The property was clean and quiet. Check in was easy. And the amenities were perfect. The management was easy to communicate with and we had a great stay there.

Beautiful view but some things need addressed

Communication regarding check in was poor. I never did get an email, but my boyfriend did. The bed was atrocious! We both had sore backs each morning. If you are wanting guests to check the lint vent on top of the dryer, please provide a stepstool for short people.

The condo did'nt have A/C in the unit and was not advertised as so. Call the property manager and was told that they will email me back to change to a different condo and it never happened. When i go on vacation i expect to be comfortable not be in a sweat box. Not happy that all.

The place is beautiful with an amazing view. All the things we wanted for the beach was there. Check in was a breeze and everything was perfect I would definitely stay again

The view from the 12th floor was awesome overlooking the ocean and beach below. This also helped with keeping the unit cooler with the ocean breeze. The sound of the ocean crashing on the shore was soothing and we even had a fantastic vantage point in watching the migration of whales several times during our stay. The location was close to shopping for food, gas and golf courses not to mention the proximity to the highway. Some of the drawbacks was that the pool area was small and the hot tub was not working during our stay. The microwave was not easy to operate and so was the TV; there were no instructions on how to operate the 2 appliances. The sliding glass door did not lock in the master bedroom and the screen door to the guest bedroom which faced the main hallway was bent and did not seal properly to prevent insects from coming into the room. The silverware was incomplete and there were only 3 coffee cups, no wine glasses and limited amount of glassware in the unit. The unit did have some beach chairs, fishing poles, child's life jacket and additional air mattress. The dinning table can seat 4 people and additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen counter. There is seating for 4 people on the balcony overlooking the ocean, great place to get a birds eye view of the ocean with a drink of your choice.
