Ich konnte leider nicht alles ausprobieren, aber ich war absolut überwältigt, wie toll die Zimmer waren und das geniale Frühstück. Eine geschickte Mischung aus heimischer Küche und westlicher. Ich habe lange nicht so gut geschlafen wie hier und Anren ist einfach ein mega süßer Stadtteil. Auch wichtig: die Leute an der Rezeption sprechen Englisch! Ich wurde sogar zum Aufzug begleitet und habe das Frühstück geschenkt bekommen, weil ich eigentlich ein kleineres Zimmer haben wollte, aber es keins mehr gab.

Great location, staff/service is mediocre.

It’s very close to the museum town that we are about to visit. Parking is huge, and free.

− The door man / gate keeper is exceptionally rude with the guest. His attitude is unacceptable as any keeper for a hotel. However, the manager was nice and kept up with our complaint and resolving the issue.

I thought the hotel was in down town Chengdu. As it turned out it is 50km away. Google map make a mistake indicating the worng location. But the hotel was great.

Great location to discover the heart of Anren

Good breakfast, great location in Anren. The staff could not have been more helpful, they were exceptional.

− The gym toilets and changing rooms needed a deep clean, air con in a hot gym was not switched on despite guests being there.
