10.0We had a wonderful stay at The Upper Suites. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and everything was well organised. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy our time in the area.

− Por decir alguna cosa, el ascensor. Es de viejo estilo y de fácil quedarse con las puertas abiertas, pero nada que impida no volver a ir!!!!

2.0− Buongiorno a tutti! Scrivo questa recensione per chi fosse interessato ad avere un’opinione concreta e razionale, basata esclusivamente sulla nostra esperienza e sui nostri punti di vista. 📍 LOCATION La struttura è situata in una posizione abbastanza comoda: i principali punti di interesse sono raggiungibili in circa 20/30 minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze è presente anche la metro. Da questo punto di vista, nulla da dire: posizione abbastanza strategica. 🏢 POSIZIONE DELLA STANZA Qui iniziano le note dolenti.Il complesso delle stanze si trovava al 5° e ultimo piano dell’edificio. Di per sé non sarebbe stato un problema, se non fosse per il fatto che su Booking viene indicata la presenza di un ascensore. L’ascensore è effettivamente presente, ma non è funzionante e, dalle sue condizioni, sembra non essere utilizzato da parecchio tempo. Per chi viaggia con bagagli, quindi, salire cinque piani di scale può diventare piuttosto faticoso, soprattutto considerando il caldo che aumenta man mano che si sale. 🛏️ STANZA La stanza, nel complesso, non era male. Al nostro arrivo era fresca, grazie all’aria condizionata già accesa, cosa sicuramente apprezzata dopo aver affrontato tutte quelle scale 😅. Al primo impatto, però, ci è sembrata poco insonorizzata. La pulizia era discreta, ma abbiamo notato l’assenza del classico cartello “Non disturbare” o di un sistema equivalente per segnalare di non entrare durante il soggiorno. 🥐 COLAZIONE Per chi avesse la colazione inclusa, direi che è gradevole e niente male. Non abbiamo particolari critiche da segnalare sotto questo aspetto. 💶 TASSA DI SOGGIORNO Questo è stato sicuramente uno degli aspetti che ci ha lasciati più perplessi. Ci è stato richiesto in maniera molto insistente e ripetuta di saldare la tassa di soggiorno esclusivamente in contanti, per un totale di 12 € a persona, senza che ci venisse rilasciato uno scontrino/ricevuta al momento della richiesta.
