10.0The apartment was totally renovated recently and looks gorgeous. Karin is an amazing hostess. She made two phone calls to a hotel where I had left some items and texted me to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend this lodging!

6.0從慕尼黑出發到那距離有點遠，提前2個小時告知飯店我們時間可能會晚點，希望等我們一小時，當時的回應讓我們傻眼直接回答不行後，掛我們電話，過了一回會兒我們再試圖打去溝通說願意多付錢請他等我們一小時，態度隨即又不同，這樣的服務說真的感覺很差，房間很漂亮舒適，非常喜歡，但還是對這次住宿留下很差的印象，這是我們這趟德國行碰到最差的服務

10.0Karin’s place is AMAZING! Easy drive to Salzburg. Karin is a wonderful host and made sure we had maps, information. She answers emails very quickly. The laundry is an added bonus. I would return over and over.
