We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Orchard Grand Court
9.0Twin room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Rain shower had good pressure. Having a washer was handy and we hung our clothes using the provided drying rack. We didn't use the dryer function as it was ventless. Bought laundry detergent and groceries and supplies at the Fair Price which was open 24/7 located on the ground floor of the building. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety - both western and Asian food. There was always a different congee, and a signature Singaporean dish to try so we didn't have to go to a hawker centre to try it. There were some pretty good and affordable restaurants on Killiney St. on the way to Somerset MRT station. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. On our last day, we even tried the Taiwanese Porridge Buffet at the Crystal Cafe for dinner, which was a good experience for us.
− There was a lot of construction on Killiney Street at Exeter Road, so it was noisier and dustier whenever we walked from the hotel to the MRT station. Thicker towels would have been nice. Shampoo and bodywash were provided but not conditioner.

9.0Sehr gut ausgestattetes geräumiges Studio mit großen Fenstern. Eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner war in der Küchenzeile vorhanden. Sehr praktisch war der im im gleichen Gebäude untergebrachte Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. U-Bshn Station Somerset und diverse Bushaltestellen sowie die Orchard Road sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.
− Der Pool ist klein und nur bis sechs Uhr abends geöffnet. Die wenigen Liegen sahen ungepflegt aus und waren teilweise kaputt. Daher ist dieser Bereich leider nicht so einladend.
Good location but thats the only good thing

− The package i chose had breakfast included but there was barely any vegetarian options. When i asked the staff about the same, they simply mentioned that they do not have vegetarian options. if the hotel doesnt provode proper food options in vegetarian, then they should clearly call that out. The room looked bigger in pictures but was quiet small in comparison. Also no house keeping was available on weekend. Overall it didnt feel value for the money spent.
