Énorme regret
1.0Service déplorable et réceptionniste absent à notre arrive ce qui nous a obligé de prendre une autre réservation dans un autre hôtel pour éviter de dormir dehors… Au moment de partir il arrive nous donne les clés de la chambre qui ressemblait à four… Nous avons décidé de partir finalement sans pouvoir être remboursé car il n y pas de climatisation alors que c est mentionné la description. Le réceptionniste nous a promi de nous rappeler le lendemain pour trouver une solution mais jusqu a maintenant aucun appel… Pour moi hôtel a fouir malgré sa proximité avec avec la place stan.

Arrêt surprise.
8.0Etablissement très bien placé, proche du parc, du musée et de la place Stanislas. Le personnel est accueillant.et à l'écoute.
− L'hôtel mériterait un petit coup de neuf, surtout dans les chambres du dernier étage.
