8.0The staff at the Lion & Key Hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We needed to extend our booking by a few extra days, and the staff made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They even arranged for us to stay in our original room rather than having to pack everything up and move, which we really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness and flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable. Fantastic customer service! ❤️
− The main downside to our stay was the size of the bed. Although it was advertised as a double, it felt more like a small double and was quite cramped for two people. Unfortunately, my husband ended up sleeping on the sofa bed as there just wasn’t enough room for us both to sleep comfortably. I do think the hotel would benefit from investing in larger, more comfortable beds, as this would make a big difference to guests’ overall experience. The WiFi could also be improved, as it was quite slow, and the TVs in the rooms could do with being a little bigger. These are just a few improvements that I feel would make an otherwise lovely hotel even better.
