4.0Please leave lights in hallway so the place doesn’t feel so dead and empty. The breakfast buffet needs a better choice and better quality. We paid for breakfast only went once.

10.0Great property. Large resort. Wish there was a spray by the toilet. The pool is beautiful, plenty of sunny and shady areas to sit. Large breakfast buffet, although it was missing hot chocolate and Nutella availability. Staff if friendly.

8.0This hotel is quite nice. We got a very spacious room with a balcony overlooking the Mekong River. Amenities were superb. Mattress and pillows were comfy and sheets were clean. Only complaint about the room is that the floor was rather dusty and dirty, especially under the furniture and around the legs of chairs. The restaurants serve excellent food. The included breakfast was very nice with a good spread. Yue Yuen Chinese Restaurant served really authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine. We also had dinner at the Lobby Bar and Restaurant and tried some nice Laotian food. While the food and drinks were very good, the experience was marred by a bizarre incident - a young man approached us as we were eating, unfurled a Russian flag, introduced himself as from Russian and said he had something to show us. As he was reaching into his bag, it occurred to us that he could be a security risk. We hastily told him we were not interested and thankfully, he left without causing any trouble. The restaurant staff just stood by and watched the entire incident, and did not intervene. We felt it was not nice or safe to allow an uninvited stranger to harass your customers, right inside a reputable hotel.

8.0とても広く、大きなホテルです。 部屋からメコン川越しにタイが見えます。 部屋でゆっくり過ごすなら最高です。 ただ、繁華街には離れているので、ナイトマーケットに歩いて行ったら30分掛かりました。タクシー必須です。 時間は限られていますが、ホテルからのシャトルバスサービスがありました。1時間前までに予約です。上手く利用すれば良かったです。 ルームサービスを頼もうとしたら、メニューに5ドルとなっていたハンバーガーが11ドルでした。あまりの金額の違いに頼むのを辞めました。客室が多すぎて訂正しきれないかと思いますが、残念です。 五つ星ホテルに庶民が泊まった感想です。
