A concierge would be so nice!
2.0The different restaurants
− No service! Everything is automated and no one to ask questions.
We stayed In Cherokee in 2006 and had a pleasant time.
4.0The room was small but satisfactory.
− The walking distances to get from the parking to the room was very difficult for my husband. The common areas outside the interior of the motel were very dirty. Elevators ands stairwells.

6.0The convenience and variety of resturants on the property were wonderful.
− The check in process made me feel like I was just the next person in line. The lady just asked for my id without even saying hello then told me the price and gave me a key. It was quick. She didnt use my name when interacting with me. I just felt that it was very impersonal.
Stay was overall nice, quiet and staff was nice.
