− pas d'isolation phonique on entend tout chez les autres ce qui nous oblige à être très silencieux pour ne pas déranger les autres je n'ai pas vu le mont fuji en raison de la brume mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hotel

− Cleaning staff didn't remove rubbish or dishes from the room and also only moved the futon beds to the corner of the room. They didn't reset the room to be like it was set on arrival

Perfect location with spectacular room views & wonderful staff
10.0We loved everything. The view from our room was spectacular, the onsen with Mount Fuji and the lake view was absolutely breathtaking, and location was perfect. We had rented e-bikes for the duration of our stay and it was the best decision. It was so easy to do sunrise rides around the lake, short trips to the stores, and adventure rides through the surroundings where is was impossible to get lost because of the lake. I was travelling with my 15 year old daughter and her friend. They absolutely loved it as well. Breakfast was a beautiful and delicious experience, and the staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. We also loved the free artsy activities they offered. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.
