4.0The hot water for the shower did not work and the shower head didn't spray straight down. It would spray all in different direction. There were also roaches in the room which made me check out.

2.0toilet was clogged, cockroaches all over the room. AC blowing hot air. TV dusty and mold on bed.

6.0Location is great but the hotel itself is not worthy and recommendable for the price. Facilities are old (shower is not working properly and landline ). The room and linens (bath,beddings,mats) are all old and not clean. Bed covers are already gray. Rooms should be properly sanitized. But the staffs are all nice.

8.0It’s convenient and very spacious room .it just they need to provide a new towels .otherwise is not bad place to stay .i been staying to this hotel every time I visit my friend in subic.
