Lost its charm
6.0The hotel has lost its charm, it no longer has a pool, which was a big drawcard. Staff aren't very friendly. Unfortunately I won't be back.

10.0It was a very nice hotel, and i will come back again. The people was nice and helpfull. Lovely vue from our room.
Not too impressed
4.0A really really nice hotel, however it lacks professionalism from the staff, most do not speak any English, so basic questions are tedious. One staff in particular is very unfriendly, never smiles. As a regular who's been here many times they still ask me for my passport every time! Keep a copy! The hotel was practically empty, lots of rooms available with lovely views and they put me in a back room with a terrible view, come on, if you want to keep your customers treat them a bit better!
