− Televisor antiguo, no S-Mart TV y además no hay parlante
Mala experiencia con el administrador e incomodidad en habitación

− La atención recibida. Nuestro check out era a las 10. Al retirarnos debíamos dejar la llave en un buzón con clave o combinación. Por el horario de nuestro vuelo íbamos a salir a las 6 am. Cuando fuimos a dejar las llaves no podíamos abrir el buzón, pensábamos que estaba mal, intentamos abrirlo por media hora. Luego de eso llamamos en forma insistente al administrador quien después de un rato nos comunicó que había cambiado el código. Esto lo hizo SIN AVISO y DENTRO DEL TIEMPO DEL Alquiler, 4 horas antes del check out. Esta situación nos puso muy nerviosos y llegamos con el tiempo justo para tomar nuestro vuelo. Por otra parte, y con respecto al pago, el administrador no debía devolvernos una diferencia de lo que nos salía el alquiler y lo que pagamos y no nos devolvió toda la diferencia. Por otro lado los colchones eran incómodos, requieren cambio. Pasamos mucho frío en uno de los cuartos. Por falta de calefacción y mala aislación en las ventanas

Please note, outdoor swimming pool is open only in summer, from 15th of December to 15th March. During this period of time, swimming pool opens from 08:00 to 20:00. Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is maintenance day, but administration can choose other days for cleaning if needed.
Please note, there will be no refund if you change the number of nights or guests of your reservation.
Cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. There is no cleaning services on Sundays or holidays.
Please note, towels are change every 2 days and it doesn’t include swimming pool towels.
