10.0It's a country motel and is somewhat older. It was, however very nice and comfortable.

4.0The motel is very old and run down. Strong smell of cat urine in the office. Room carpet was so bad we had to wear shoes in the room.

10.0A perfect place to stay. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy walk to all the restaurants and bars in town. 1/2 block to the river and falls.

8.0The room was smaller and older than expected based on the reviews. It was clean and acceptable considering the price. This room was small, and would have been very tight with 2 people, or if I had to do work during my stay. I liked being able to park right in front of my room door. Room felt safe, office staff was friendly. Had dinner at Big Eddy's, staff was great and food was very good as well.
