4.0Checked in on a Tuesday that was only day was cleaned. Waters for in room coffee not replaced. No fresh towels or sheets during my stay. Thought toilet seat broken reported to front desk no maintance staff checked it out. I finally gathered of trash bagged and placed outside of door.

10.0Overnight stay with buffet breakfast. Booked via Agoda, really good for it's price! Stayed last February 2020. Comfortable bed. Good location as well. Walking distance to the mall. Nice staff! Guard helped us to get a taxi going to the airport. Thanks!
Worst front desk staff
2.0Specifically, the gay and 2 women staff are so rude. We even asked the woman to give us a wake up call since we have an early tour, but they never took a note of it. They hardly smile and will never greet you. Will not book on this hotel again.
Great location
10.0We stayed in this hotel for one night during a business trip. It is ideally located in the city, near a mall for when you need to get something. It is also walking distance from an Anytime Fitness branch and a Starbucks. Our room was clean and comfortable. Their in-house restaurant served us really good food with large servings. I would definitely choose this hotel when I come back to Iloilo.
