10.0Lovely spacious room on top floor which I wasn't expecting. Large clean bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities were above and beyond 👍 Host was lovely and check in straightforward. Good selection for breakfast. Super convenient location to the underground, literally one minute away
− The stairs to the room were a little steep and the door a bit awkward to stoop down and lock while standing on the inside of the room on the stairs, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Some street noise as the city wakes up early in the morning as located on a busy road (easily solved by earplugs if you're a light sleeper) but the property itself was very quiet.

9.0Kimberley was a lovely breakfast host. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was presented beautifully and everything was fresh and inviting. Location was perfect with the tube so close and we found the room comfortable.

10.0What a lovely stay my father and I had in the two- adjoining rooms. Sian was an excellent host and the B&B was homey, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic within walking distance of restaurants, etc. Kimberly prepared breakfast and coffee each morning, which such a treat. We liked it so much, we booked our stay back next year.
