8.0Perfect place for relaxation and have as a base for short trips down the coast. The house and garden is fantastic. We got the two rooms on the second floor and especially the master bedroom is perfect. You really get a Luxury continental feeling.

Most Enjoyable and Peaceful Stay
9.0After many years of wanting to stay in Napier, we decided to do so on the weekend of the Napier Festival - wonderful event! Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The amazing gardens and view from the balcony stunning. The apartment is very quite and super spacious too. Situated very centrally and within walking distance of the beautiful town and facilities.
− The one aspect I would upgrade are curtains on the windows and not only blinds. This would make sleeping in a little easier as it becomes light early in the morning.
